We got the ok from Julain's doctor to start eating rice cereal. Julain LOVES it! Unfortunately I can't seem to feed it to him fast enough so Julian grabbed the spoon right out of my hand and started feeding himself! Maybe he gets his appetite from Dad? We just love him to pieces. He really is such a joy every single day!

Here is a cute picture of Julian and Daddy playing with one of Julian's new toys. It's a piano that plays music and tells shapes and colors. But the best part is the mirror! Julian just loves to look at that cute baby who's always smiling back at him!!

This video is short but sweet! Julian is playing with his favorite toy while sitting in his Pod. He's so smart! I've had some difficulty putting video on here before, I hope to put more up from now on!

We are back from Julian's first photo session and man was it hard to choose! He was so good the whole time we were there! This next picture is our favorite because his little dimple is just so cute!!Pretty blue eyes

He's Here!!

Well Julian has arrived. Ok, almost 1 month ago. Sorry for the delay, I've been a little busy! He made his debut on July 5th. After a long week of contractions and 1 false alarm that got us sent home from the hospital, Julian decided on the 4th of July to make his way out. I guess he decided at the last minute he didn't want to share his birthday with America so he waited until the next day. He was so worth the wait!

The past month at home has been wonderful. A lot of sleepless nights, but still great. Two of Julian's favorite activities are eating and being held. This keeps Chris and I VERY occupied. However, lastnight Chris and I bought Julian a bouncer / rocker and he loves it! I was able to get dressed and eat a bowl of cereal this morning with both hands.

Tonight we are going for Julian's first professional pictures! I will try to follow with more pictures and updates!

Nesting

Awake this morning at 2:00 am. Can't stop thinking about things that I need to do to get ready for Julian. I decided by 3:00 am to be productive so I got out of bed and finished putting away all of the baby stuff. Let me tell you, there was a lot! I'm just so excited for this new person to get here!!

Just waiting...

Only six weeks to go and we can hardly wait! Julian's room is almost finished, all of the baby clothes are washed and put away. All we need is a cute, cuddly little guy to arrive!
